FAQ

1. After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the expected delivery date and payment terms.
2. To start production, a 50% deposit is required, for which the necessary details (company name, bank account number) will be sent in the summary. We will send you a VAT invoice for the amount transferred on the day the transfer is received.
3. The remaining amount is only paid to the driver on the day of delivery.
4. Before the delivery of the finished product, you will be notified by phone of the delivery date.

Our company makes custom furniture. The products shown in the picture are manufactured according to the specifications and dimensions requested. A great advantage is that we manufacture the products according to your requirements, in a manufactory system. The average completion time is between 6-8 weeks. After this time, the product or products will be delivered. We deliver the products within 1-2 weeks.

The ideal conditions for solid wood furniture are at an average temperature of 20-22°C and 50-60% humidity. These limits guarantee that the furniture will not warp or crack significantly. If the indoor climate is persistently different from the above limits, furniture may develop natural cracks or crazing. It is important to keep furniture away from direct heat sources and constant sunlight.

For the basic delivery service we charge 29.900.- HUF delivery fee!
The furniture is delivered in assembled condition, except for beds.
 
Basictransport:
- the supplier arrives alone
- the buyer must provide assistance (at least one person capable of loading the goods)
The customer can request an extra delivery service on top of the basic delivery:

- 44.900.- forint
- the carrier arrives with a loading crew,
- loading is done by our colleagues
- we install the furniture elements
- set in place
- the packaging material is removed
 
Personal receipt
Personal pick-up is possible by prior arrangement at the following locations:

Only cash payment is possible in case of personal receipt. In this case the delivery charge is HUF 0.
Basic delivery means delivery to a street address and does not include delivery of the furniture to the Customer's home. The carrier is going alone, please arrange for assistance! Of course, we can also provide extra loading staff for an extra charge. For upstairs delivery, a surcharge will be charged to the carrier, also for "Extra" delivery packages!

It is important to note that solid wood furniture is considerably heavier than usual and therefore cannot be fixed to lightweight walls (e.g. plasterboard). Please contact our customer service if you are not sure whether the installation is safe. We cannot be held responsible for inappropriate or inadequately fixed wall elements!

In the case of walnut items in particular, a natural fragrance may be released from the pores of the raw material after unpacking, which can be unpleasant in large quantities. Not to worry, this will disappear within a few days, but in the meantime it is worth ventilating frequently.
