1. Furniture, Lamps, Home Textiles Exhibition

We thought big and we participated in the first edition of the Furniture, Lamps, Home Textiles exhibition organised by HOMEINFO.

As we hadn’t participated in such an event for years, we were very curious. The initial enthusiasm was quickly replaced by a healthy excitement to get everything perfect, ready on time and put together in a great way.

So the preparation process was filled with mixed emotions. Excitement and excitement alternated.

The idea for the stand and the design were conceived very early on, so the visual plans were ready early enough. We already felt that we would be able to present something quite fabulous to the public…

Precise measurements, many, many consultations and site visits followed, so that the images dreamt up in our heads could become reality.

The production of the elements for the stand, the fine-tuning of the details, the purchase of the necessary accessories and materials have started. We paid great attention to detail, as we wanted to convey as fully as possible what we work hard on every day. With a sincere heart, we wanted to give a small piece of our profession, our sense of life, our creed and our quality to our dear visitors. We wanted to give you an insight into the world of inimitable solid wood furniture.

On the domestic line, we feel that we represent the highest level of furniture production in a truly unique way, because it is not only the work of many skilled professionals that contributes to this, but also the use of quality raw materials, wood from domestic forests, and the unique humility and inimitable love of our staff for solid furniture. All of this adds up to a unified and compact value that is simply infused into our products, infusing them with soul and the Lamello way of life.

As the opening of the exhibition approached, our excitement grew. We were eagerly awaiting the moment when our lovely little stand would be on show in all its glory. We tried to show models from almost all our furniture ranges to cater for everyone’s tastes.

So on the menu we have the modern line TEANO, presented in beautiful walnut wood, and the very popular and truly unique looking ACERNO, in beautiful white oak with olive finish. Of course, we couldn’t leave the pieces of our fully owned ELO furniture range at home either, we had to show their fantastic design to the audience. Our MATTINA bedroom programme was also on the menu. The absolute highlight, however, was our newest furniture range, IMMAGO, which made its debut at this fair, and we can say that the premiere was a success!

The week of the fair, we started the construction, so our super colleagues packed everything thoroughly (no small task for solid wood furniture, not to mention moving it, so you have to be a man on your feet…). Fortunately, we had the pleasure of employing people who are excellent at this. So we rounded up the most untalented guys and shipped everything up to Budapest.

During the construction, everything went according to plan, 2 days of hard work resulted in a stand that perfectly reproduced the visual plans . All that was left was the fine tuning, the decorations and decorative elements crowned the spectacle.

From the very first day, there was no doubt that many people were curious about our products and stopped to admire them. For us, it was a really good start. We were happy to help everyone and answer any questions they had, so we had a very successful first day.

On the second day, as the organisers had predicted, the “onslaught” began. We practically couldn’t rest for a minute, but that was the goal, that’s why we worked, that’s why we went, so every moment was worth it, and the praising words of the kind visitors, their directness filled us up 100%.

The third and last day was also very intense and the final moment came soon. The time almost flew by, so we started the dismantling with a slightly sad heart, but all the more filled with experiences and positive feedback, pleasantly tired due to the many interests.

We owe a debt of gratitude to all those who worked for us, who were involved in the organisation, implementation, execution and sales. Without them, none of this would have happened.

At the same time, we are equally grateful to our dear past, present and future customers for buying from a domestic company, for seeking domestic quality, for supporting a long-standing and truly unique Hungarian company.
